Training consists of ten (10) hours of classroom instruction and six (6) hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction.
- Training: Training consists of ten (10) hours of classroom instruction and six (6) hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction. All driver's training instruction shall be given by Driver Education instructors licensed by the State of Oklahoma. Behind-the-wheel driving instruction shall be given in a car equipped with instructor brakes. The student must complete all training time to receive a certificate of completion. *Students must complete the required 16 hours within one (1) year of the first day of class. Should the time expire prior to completion in the time allotted, students will be charged $50 per hour for instruction time remaining. The school reserves the right to reschedule class and/or behind-the-wheel instruction for inclement weather.
- Tuition: The student agrees to pay the sum of $325 to The Coach's Driving School LLC as tuition for a complete course in Driver's Training. If the student is a minor, his/her legal guardian agrees to pay the above mentioned fee. Payment of tuition shall be made in full upon enrollment. Payment options include cash, credit/debit card, and check. There will be a $25 charge assessed to all returned checks.
- Refunds: The school will not refund any of the tuition if the school is ready and able to fulfill its part of this agreement, and is prevented from doing so by lack of cooperation of the student and/or the student's legal guardian.
- Missed Sessions: 24 hour notice is required for canceled driving sessions. All drives not cancelled with at least 24 hour notice will be assessed a $50 fee. It is at the school's discretion to make exceptions for emergencies and/or extenuating circumstances.
- Additional Driving: In the event additional driving time is desired, sessions may be scheduled at the rate of $40 per hour, or $55 per 1 1/2 hours.
- Driving Instruction: Sessions will be set up with the instructor. Sessions will be completed in four 1 1/2 hour sessions. The last drive will be driving to Stillwater (Eskimo Joes).
- Student Conduct: Student shall not display disruptive or disrespectful behavior at any time during driver training. Should this behavior be displayed, the following steps will be followed.
- Student receives verbal warning from instructor
- If behavior continues, Parent/Guardian is called
- If behavior continues, student will be removed from the class.
- Refund of any tuition will be at the discretion of the school.
